From first enquiry to our daughter's increasing confidence with maths over her first term, our experience has been fantastic. Petar has been so supportive and helpful along with the tutors. My daughter attends the Buckhurst Hill branch.
Peter, the manager, is simply fantastic. He knows each student's name and makes sure they remain focused throughout.
Upon leaving he then asks each student how they did and is a constant course of encouragement.
My only regret is wasting time with other similar groups and not brining my daughter earlier.

My daughter has been attending since October 2023 and loves it here. Her Yr 6 scores have jumped from 67% to 95% which is incredible. She finds it a comfortable environment to focus on her maths. Petar and his team of tutors are really supportive and work hard with the kids. The star card reward system is excellent and motivational. Very happy to have found this place and highly recommend.

Our daughter was given the option of stopping her tuition at Mathnasium as she had completed her 11+ exams. She chose to continue to go as she enjoys the supportive environment provided by the staff and appreciates the value this type of tuition has added to her work at school.

So helpful they telll Riley in simple terms so he gets it he can’t understand the way his school explains the work they simplify it and he gets it friendly staff and he’s improving the main thing thanks to Peter and stafff I I recommend them all the time as have a local business and know lot people they really help my boy 👍🥊⚽️🧢☘️

The best Mathematics tuition we have ever had for our 9 yr old!
Completely individualised approach, focusing on weaknesses and overcoming them fast as well is deepening the strengths and building further on them.
Our daughter is getting better from session to session. The Director Centre, Petar, is an amazing manager with a deep passion and knowledge of Mathematics and we as parents as well as our daughter get a lot of his attention and extremely valuable feedback. The whole atmosphere is extremely friendly and welcoming and our girl can not wait to head down to Mathnaisum each time! Huge thanks from us, Mathnesium Team of Buckhurst Hill, we deeply recommend you to any family wanting to have their children get the best out of them in the world of Mathematics!

My niece has been going to Mathnasium for 4 months and I cannot praise the staff and instructors enough on how much help and support they have offered her. The enthusiasm from the staff are next to none. The staff are motivated, dedicated, approachable and extremely professional. I honestly didn't believe my son would actually enjoy going to Mathnasium, but a month in and he loves it! My daughter really enjoys attending the sessions and responds well to the feedback. The team is young but also caring and hardworking which is a great testament to Peter’s leadership. They can be seen moving around and helping the children. The little end of sessions spin the wheel and points collection has proved to be very motivating for my daughter in meeting her goals. So yes, I would definitely recommend them.

My son has always struggled with Math. Every time we sat down to do math homework he would instantly get anxiety. Since working with Petar at Mathnasium my son has made huge progress and has gained a lot of confidence with building his core understandings in Math every week. I can tell Petar and all staff are determined to help kids understand and master these skills! I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking to get their child the extra help they need!

Mathnasium is incredible. I can't recommend it highly enough. We started with our six year old, who was afraid of maths, did not enjoy it at school, and was under-achieving due to a psychological block around the subject. What a transformation we have witnessed in six months! Our child now loves maths, feels confident in the subject, asks to attend extra sessions at Mathnasium because she can't get enough of it, and has shown a marked improvement in both confidence and skills. Such was her enthusiasm for Mathnasium that her older sibling, who at first declined the offer to go to Mathnasium, decided to sign up to find out what the fuss was about. Both children are now happily attending and the feedback from teachers at school is that they are both showing improved performance in the subject.
The centre itself is very well run. You come when you want and the child's next session is already fully planned and waiting for them. The staff are all friendly and competent and the atmosphere is relaxed and conducive to learning. The "star cards" reward scheme is extremely effective at motivating the children. A special shout out to Petar Yonkov, the centre manager, who is an absolute superstar. He is incredibly personable with children and parents alike and is exceptionally good at his job. He keeps everything running smoothly and contributes to the positive vibe at the place.
Sending our children here has been a commitment resources-wise but our children's joy and our pride in their achievements make it more than worth it. Thank you Mathnasium.

My daughter, she is in year 6, had a lot of disruption with school life I.e., covid and had supply teacher throughout year 5. She has always struggled with her confidence in maths. Since joining mathnasium in October, she has improved massively. Her confidence has grown and she is able to work through maths with ease.
This has only been possible due to Petar and his teams hardwork. They've made my daughter like maths and shown her ways to navigate through problems in ways which not only fits the curriculum teaching, but also adapts it to make it understanding.

Staff are attentive, knowledgeable and work at my sons pace, ensuring he is encouraged or reassured if he doubts himself and his capabilities. Children are rewarded with stars after sessions which gives them something extra to work towards. Petor and the staff at Mathnasium have adapted well to the transition from in person to virtual tuition. We as parents couldn’t have wished for a better experience for our son who is now a lot more comfortable and confident in his maths skills. Thank you very much!
